At Dynapak, packaging designs are created to satisfy customer needs, considering factors such as load distribution, lifting and lashing provisions, and the most affordable options for transporting goods of any size and weight.
Packaging are designed using 3D modelling software, keeping in mind the lifting and lashing aspects as well as strength computations. all in accordance with IMO and EN Guidelines with calculations provided where needed. Primary and secondary packing designs are provided consistent with the climatic conditions expected during transit by Air or Sea.
Packaging solutions for Project or break-bulk shipments of Out-of-gauge (OOG) and Over dimensional cargo (ODC), safe handling during loading and unloading at ports and container freight stations (CFS), and for storage and securing aboard ships are taken into account while deciding on the Secondary packing types provided, with special provisions for lifting and lashing arrangements on the boxes or skids. During designing, material selection, packing processes, compliance with numerous packaging standards, environmental regulations such as ISPM 15 and RoHS, are adhered to. Compliance with international standards, disposal limitations relevant to materials used or specified by customers, or transportation standards are all complied with.
